What is the most "educated" country in the
world?

The country in the world where more people who have received college education live is Canada, according to a study carried out by the Organization for economic cooperation and development (OECD) and released the report "Education at a Glance2012". In particular, in this country the 51% of citizens has studied degree. Israel (46%)and Japan (45%) followed. The top-ten are also United States (42%), New Zealand(41%), Korea South (40%), United Kingdom, Finland, Australia and Ireland, in this order. In Spain the percentage of people with College is 31%, below the average of the countries members of the OECD.
In terms of the proportion of students who begin high school and finish them, thehighest percentage is up to Korea, with 95%, and the lowest to Iceland, with 44%. InSpain around 80% it accomplished, a figure which it shares with the United Kingdom,Finland and France. In these three cases, a high percentage of students invest at least 2 more years than expected according to the educational program to complete their studies.
